Support My Work
Build this with me.
When I got diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and PTSD, I sincerely wished to find a place to connect with other Late Diagnosed individuals. People that found out because they burnt out, felt their diagnoses didn’t match, or were exploring the internet for resources and information to process this life changing experience.
After a year of rearranging my life to meet my support needs, I realized this community was one I could build. I graduated Cum Laude in my Psychology program, I study human behavior for fun, and bring lived experience to the work I do.
I was already offering support and insight to others - so why not make it a business?
Welcome to Maintaining Shanity
My goal is to witness and hear others’ experiences, identify areas of needed support, and to continuously nourish others’ growth. I offer accessible options to meet people where they’re at financially.
My hope is to develop this into a nonprofit some day to further support the lives of the Neurodivergent community. The Neurodivergent (and others) constantly face living in an inaccessible environment that’s unnecessarily disabling the already disabled.
It’s time to grow, it’s time for change, it’s time for action.
If you believe in this vision, your support — in any form — helps me continue to serve a larger purpose. I’m deeply grateful.

Because I need it.
Being Neurodivergent, I have to prioritize my energy.
Before I was diagnosed I was chronically burnt out, working 3-4 jobs to pay for bills and basic needs like food. It lead me to chronic pain, migraines, a bone impingement, and other conditions I have yet to get diagnosed.
Currently, I’m in the process of unmasking which causes skill regression and a period of relearning. I was recently diagnosed with Atlantoaxial Instability, a common challenge for hypermobile AuDults, which leaves me with a baseline of five out of ten pain 24/7 that directly effects my ability to work.
Some days I have to prioritize my rest over productivity which aren’t always accommodated for in the workplace.

My goal is to get to a point where I don’t need financial support, and funds can be redirected towards serving other late diagnosed AuDults stuck in the awkward transition of burn out to recovery.
Until then a majority of donations will go towards my …
Basic Needs (food, medical care, housing, etc.)
Certifications & Education (graduate school, coaching, etc.)
Business Subscriptions (Squarespace, Canva, Meta, etc.)
Expansion & Growth (community workshops, coaching, offering services and more products, etc.)

I want to disrupt the awkward discomfort of living with Neurodivergence and Support Needs.
In my experience, it’s still taboo to talk about the alarming challenges AuDults face like higher rates of suicide, addiction, unemployment, and poverty which only contributes to its cyclical nature.
To which I quote Jimmy Fallon, “Ew.”I refuse to live life quietly uncomfortable so that other’s can side step the discomfort of certain conversations. Neurodivergence exists, and with your donation to my work, I am able to continue to disrupt that narrative.

No - I wish.
Becoming a Non-Profit Organization is something I’d love to invest time in pursuing once I have a stronger foundation.

That is completely okay.
I would never want someone to think they have to donate or that if they don’t they’re a bad person. That’s bull.
If you have a skillset or experience that you’d like to donate instead, it is welcomed.
