A 6 week virtual workshop to guide decluttering habits, to heal your nervous system, and collectively support each other’s growth.
Each session ranges from 40-60 minutes, and will occur every Saturday 12pm EST.
Materials needed include zoom access, and a pen and paper, with optional comfort items like a snack, warm drink, comfy blanket.
